Hydrant use is only permitted after April 15. Start date must be at least ten (10) business days after application date to allow for processing time.

Required Consent:

Please note that flow tests represent the available flow and pressure at a snapshot in time. Available flow and pressure in the distribution system may vary over time due to upstream uses and new or changing developments. The County commits to providing properties with a minimum flow of 58.6 L/s (3,516 L/min) for a 2-hour duration while maintaining a minimum pressure of 140 kPa (20psi) at all points in the distribution system. Properties requiring more must supplement this from other sources.
