Making a complaint or reporting an issue

For general inquiries or complaints, residents may contact our office by phone:

519.44BRANT (519.442.7268) during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Bylaw Enforcement operates seven days a week from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. Residents with questions or concerns regarding a by-law infraction are encouraged to contact By-law Enforcement by:
