Agricultural Land Rental 2023

The County of Brant is seeking submissions for the rental of approximately 36.1 acres of workable agricultural land, to be used for the cultivation of crops through Normal Farm Practices for the 2023 growing season. The Bidder and the County of Brant will have the option to renew upon mutual agreement for the 2024 and 2025 growing seasons. The land is described as Part of Lot 1 and Part of Lot 2 Concession 1, former Township of Brantford (now County of Brant).

The property can be accessed via King Edward Street to the west of Municipal Address 438 King Edward Street. 

• The successful Bidder shall agree to sign a Lease Agreement
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid should it be deemed in its best interest to do so.
• The Bidder is encouraged to inspect the property at the above address, a nonmandatory site meeting will be held on April 4, 2023 at 10:30 am
