Sign Minor Variance Application

Pursuant to section 45(3) of the Planning Act as amended an application for relief as described below from a requirement of Schedule A of By-law 121-08 as amended is submitted with the supporting information per section 9 of By-law 121-08, and the required fee. Visit our Fees and Charges webpage.

Variances to Schedule A of the Sign By-law may be considered when they are desirable for the appropriate development or use of the land, building or structure if, in the opinion of the committee, the general intent and purpose of the sign by-law is maintained. The Committee of Adjustment is only able to consider variances to matters in Schedule A of the By-law.
