The deadline for submission and payment are as follows: 

• Family Day 2026 Sponsorship: November 29, 2026
• Public Swim - August 2025
• Parks and Trails Beautifucation Program: September 1, 2025
• Holiday Lights in the Park: October 1, 2025
• Sponsor a Camper: Open - annual
• Community Events: Open - annual
• Public Skate: Open - annual
• Kinderplay Session: Open 
• Community Partner - General Sponsorship: Open - annual

Payment can be made by:

• Cheque: Mail or drop-off cheque to the Brant Sports Complex, 944 Powerline Rd., Paris N3L 0B2, Attention: Sponsorship
• In-person: Payment can be made in person via credit card at the Brant Sports Complex, 944 Powerline Rd., Paris during regular business hours. (Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm)
• Receipts will be issued for all sponsorship dollars received.
