By filling out this form and submitting you agree to abide by By-law 130-17 and the terms and conditions outlined herin to regulations and the requirements for issuane of a Site Alteration Permit (Permit) in the County of Brant

This application shall be accompanied by the following:

 
  1. Two copies of all plans and reports in accordance with Schedule A of the Site Alteration By-law
  2. The application fee in accordance with the Fees and Charges By-law
  3. Proof of land ownership
