New Dog License Form

All dog owners must register their dog(s) within 10 days of becoming the owner. When you register your dog you will receive a dog tag. Keep the current dog tag securely fixed to the dog it was issued for.

Fees:

Spayed / Neutered or under 1 year - $25.75 / per dog
Not spayed / Neutered - $41.20 / per dog

Please note that for the following “New” dog, registrations must be made at the Burford Office, 26 Park Avenue, Burford:
