New Dog License Form

All dog owners must register their dog(s) within 10 days of becoming the owner. When you register your dog you will receive a dog tag.  Keep the current dog tag securely fixed to the dog it was issued for.

Spayed / Neutered or under 1 year - $25.00 / per dog
Not spayed / Neutered - $40.00 / per dog

Staff contact you with payment options, once your account has been created

Please note that for the following “New” dog, registrations must be made at the Burford Office, 26 Park Avenue, Burford:

  • Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire BullTerrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, or American Pit Bull Terrier
  • Assistance Dog
  • Herding Dogs (exemption from the 3 dog limit)

Customer Service Offices are now closed to the public.
