Building Permit Application Submission

Please note all applications must now be submitted using the 2024 Ontario Building Code. Any applications made under the 2012 Ontario Building Code will not be accepted.

A Building Permit is your formal permission to begin the construction, demolition, addition or renovation on your property. As part of the Building Permit process, the Building Division must review your plans to ensure they comply with the Ontario Building Code, Zoning Bylaw and other Applicable Law.
